I wanted to thank you and your service department for the exceptional service and repairs we received when our car began hairy difficulties while we traveled on 3/26/08. We were given immediate attention and repairs that allowed us to get to our home.  The service advisor  and the mechanic did an excellent job!  We also appreciated the courtesy of Mr. Al Abraham.

It is almost unheard of to have such prompt and helpful service for people who are not regular customers. We consider ourselves lucky to have found a dealership like yours.

I am writing to thank you and your staff for the excellent service provided to me and my wife, Denise, during the process of purchasing my 2009 Dodge Challenger and Denise's 2009 Jeep Compass.

Dear Mr Hall

We recently purchased two Dodge Calibers at your dealership, on the recommendation of a work colleague.

Although we had some tight requirements, your sales associate, Renae Belau really went way beyond that extra mile for us.  She managed to track down the cars many hundreds of miles away and get them to us quickly and with minimum fuss to us.

I am sure most of her sales are far easier than ours, but she never failed to return calls and give exceptional customer service from the first time we met, and still continues to do that.
