My buying experience at Hall Dodge was very good. Nick Golson was my salesman and did a great job! He was no BS, he was honest I never felt he was trying to rip me off for a higher commission. Hall Dodge was very clean and well run. I would recommend Hall Dodge and Nick Golson to anyone!

A good car buying experience

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Hall and honestly couldn't be any happier with my experience! I have bought plenty of new vehicles throughout the years, but have never felt so comfortable while doing so! Your honesty, professionalism, and patience created a trust and friendship which on my part I am truly thankful for and which I will never forget! I purchased my new Ram at Hall- this is the second vehicle purchased through them and each time my sales rep was Nick Golson. The dealership is very clean and conveniently located right off the freeway. I was in to have some service performed and mentioned to Nick I was interested in going back to a truck. He arranged a test drive when my service was complete and despite not giving Nick any preferences the test drive vehicle he lined up seemed as if I hand picked it myself. I appreciate doing business at a place where there doesn't seem to be a revolving door for the sales people and Nick never applies any pressure- just assistance. When I take my vehicles there for service they always return it cleaner then when I drop it off which I also greatly appreciate.

I got a great deal on used Jeep Cherokee, the price was excellant and even below blue book value. They went the extra mile and even painted the hood and repaired a broken part at no extra cost. Nick Golson was great to work with, no pressure , no hype. Just excellant to deal with. Besides the 55 point service check they performed on the car It came with a 3 month warranty. Buying a used car from Hall jeep is great, they took away all the worries in buying a used car. Before I took delevery, I also had the service departmment repair a couple other items on the car. Went into the dealership with a 2007 Caliber for trade and had a specific trade-in value in mind, as well as payment. They met both without any negotiating!! My sales consultant, Evynn, was amazing and very knowledgeable. The F&I manager, Chad, was great as well. I searched for a vehicle for months and visited several dealships but always either felt rushed or like a second class citizen but not at Hall Dodge Jeep and Chrysler. They made me feel like I was their only customer and my questions and concerns were never taken lightly. Evynn was very pleasant to work with and we did almost all of our communication via email which is WAY more convenient for me and my work schedule. Please accept this letter as an expression of our sincere appreciation for all the efforts of your dealership, especially Evynn Browning in the recent purchase of our 2010 Dodge Journey. Ms. Browning was extremely professional and really "sold" the vehicle to us. She pointed out all of the special features of the Journey and was very easy to deal with and talk to.

When the initial purchase fell through (Fenney of Chicago sold the original "demo" that we wanted to purchase), Ms. Browning felt badly and was able to find us one that we ended up liking even better.

I want to thank you for the excellent support and communication during this buying process. I've learned over the years to not get too excited about new cars and when they are coming in, and having had 5 previous Grand Cherokee's and a ton of other cars, I can honestly say that I hadn't been this excited about a new car since my 1991 Nissan 300 ZX Twin Twin came in as a young engineer working for Nissan.

The Jeep is so amazing, and I have friends as far away as California inquiring about it. It's the most luxurious vehicle I have ever owned and I feel pampered driving it. The paint match is flawless now, and the tow hooks look great.
